On a cold winter night or day....this warm & fuzzy Chai Tea Latte will certainly warm you up and may just bring a smile to your heart;)

Serving Size: 1 cup
1 cup milk
4 cups water
2 McCormick Cinnamon Sticks, broken up and 4 tall ones for cups
1 teaspoon McCormick cloves, Whole
10 Whole Cardamom pods
2 Pieces of sliced ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground
1 Vanilla bean, split lengthwise & scraped
½ cup sugar
8 black tea bags
Whipped Cream & Caramel sauce for an extra nice touch.
1. Bring water, 2 broken cinnamon sticks, cardamom, ginger, vanilla bean and cloves to boil in 2-quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
2. Stir in milk and sugar. Return mixture to simmer. Add tea bags; cover and remove from heat. Allow to steep 2-3 minutes. Stir then Strain tea mixture before serving.
3. Add whipped cream, drizzle with caramel & add tall cinnamon stick as garnish.
4. Enjoy! You may refrigerate any unused tea to serve cold.
