Some have reported a "less bloated" feeling, while others have claimed to just feel better all around. Go ahead, grab all your gluten-free ingredients (look at the labels) and try these babies! They are so good - you won't believe you're eating gluten-free. Ingredients 1 Stick Butter – plus extra for greasing or Pam Spray (but Pam BAKING Spray is NOT gluten free) ½ Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar 2 Eggs 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 Cup Gluten-Free Flour-with xanthan gum added (or add 1 tsp. xanthan gum) 1 tsp. Glycerin 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Gluten-Free baking powder ½ tsp. Gluten-Free baking soda 1/3 Cup gluten-Free unsweetened cocoa powder (I love using dark). 2/3 Cup Milk Filling 6 Tbsp. Butter, softened 2 Cups Confectioners Sugar ½ Cup Cream Cheese, softened ½ Cup Gluten-Free Marshmallow Fluff Directions
